3. Introduction of UV chamber

 It generally consists of a light source part, a ventilation part, and a control system. The light source part is the key point. The ventilation adopts a forced fan and a fully intelligent control system.

Light source part : UV lamp tube

(1)  Power supply voltage, usually the voltage of the UV lamp is 220V , the power supply can stabilize the voltage and protect the UV machine ;

(2)  The working voltage of the UV lamp, the working voltage is also called the tube pressure in the industry , and the tube pressure is the voltage at both ends of the lamp tube . The stability of the tube pressure determines the normal operation of the UV lamp and UV equipment ;

(3)  The working current of the UV lamp, commonly known as the tube current , the current level will directly affect the normal operation of the UV lamp ;

(4)  The starting current of the UV lamp, the starting current is the instantaneous high current when starting the UV lamp , because the instantaneous starting current of the ammeter of the UV curing machine is very large when starting , Jinke uses an ammeter above 30A to avoid damage to the UV lamp when starting damaged ;

(5)  UV lamp power density , density refers to the extremely high energy that can be concentrated on each square centimeter area ;

(6)  The tube diameter of the UV lamp. According to different uses, manufacturers will consider the diameter of the tube and the size of the tube when configuring the UV lamp and UV machine , because the size of the tube will affect the energy of the tube, making the overall configuration poor ;

4. Ventilation part: forced air supply and exhaust

Our UV work unit basically adopts forced cold air

1.  Generally, a small wind cooling fan is installed on the top of the box for forced air supply and exhaust.

2.  Use a special air supply and exhaust pipe to force the air supply and exhaust of all the lamp tubes of the UV lamp group separately, which can effectively reduce the temperature of the product and the UV furnace, improve the life of the lamp tube, and is equipped with a temperature control to automatically control the constant temperature. Ensure product quality and production efficiency.
